Established in 1985, Cline Bettridge Bernstein Lighting Design (CBB) is dedicated to enhancing the grace, utility, and comfort of architectural environments through the thoughtful use of light.  CBB’s project work is honored with over 175 lighting awards and is featured in leading design publications.  The firm has completed a broad range of work – including civic, corporate, commercial, healthcare, theatre and art, educational, cultural, and residential projects – in collaboration with renowned architects.

CBB is proud of its reputation as a leader in sustainable design and has completed over 80LEED certified projects to date.  Notable examples include the world’s first two LEED Platinum certified skyscrapers, in New York City and in Bilbao, Spain, and New York University’s 370 Jay Street in Brooklyn – one of the first LEED Platinum rated academic buildings.
