GBBN’s annual Design Issues Series (DIS) is a collaborative exhibition between all offices to explore a specific topic and foster lively and creative public discourse. By overlapping architecture and community, (DIS) seeks to grow a culture of design. Our annual Design Expedition (DX) engages a diverse cross-section of employees in design discussions while immersing ourselves in a broad range of urban environments. Our Design Thinkers Series engages nationally recognized leaders to share insights with our employees; our Learning & Development Lunch & Learn series helps pique interest and build skills for all from design to finance & operations to marketing & social media. Our offices provide different work environments from collaboration and social areas to heads-down focus space as well as sit/stand desks and a variety of seating so our employees can choose how they work best throughout the day.
