Assistant Project Manager

Our Mission @ GENx is to revolutionize AEC industry with cutting-edge technology and innovative thinking. We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our team as an Assistant Project Manager. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will work closely with the company founder, managing industry and research projects. You may have all the experience we need, or you may need to grow into the position, we are open to both.

Do you have an understanding and/or experience on;

• Façade Design optimization and fabrication process management
• DfMA for construction
• Modular construction
• Mass timber buildings
• VDC: Virtual Design and Construction
• Curtain wall Design and fabrication
• Digital Twin
• BIM and Parametric Design

Are you interested in;

• understanding how the design and construction industry work and focus on solving the smallest problems to address the largest ones.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and enjoy testing them out, providing feedback, comments, and support.
• supporting academia as we work with distinguished forward thinkers in universities.
• Being part of a global machine and be a leader.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project documentations
• Support project Manager for daily tasks
• Prepare project schedule and manage deadlines
• Assist day to day operations
• Effectively communicate project progress to key stakeholders and teams
• Manage over seas teams
• Support the management and automation processes through our existing teams (local and global).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to read and interpret drawing sets.
• Knowledge of the design and construction industry and an interest in staying up to date with the latest technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills (can’t emphasis this enough)
• A flexible schedule and ability to work remotely.
• Expertise in Managing BIM process using Revit -Navisworks-cad-dynamo-rhino inside Revit..
• Any coding languages, python, java, c sharp…
• Understanding of data exchange from other parametric tools like; rhino/ grasshopper, Catia….
• Put together beautiful boards, presentations using various tools.
