Description
Andrew Berman Architect is seeking a talented architect with 7 or more years experience to join its New York practice.
Candidates should have experience in project management and coordination with subconsultants at DD, CD and CA phases. They should have experience in producing a CD set and overseeing its construction through to completion, including site observations and submittal review.
Candidates should be self-motivated and have excellent drawing and communication skills. They should be effective managers and be passionate about the profession.
They must already hold a valid permit for work in the USA.

Salary/Compensation
$75,000 - $95,000
