Junior Landscape Designer (3D Rendering)

Garden 26 is looking for a junior landscape designer. The ideal candidate should have an educational background and experience in Landscape design with planting knowledge. He/she is a self-starter, very organized, knows how to multitask and prioritize, good with pressure who can take ownership of a project and can work both independently or with a team. He/she also needs to possess a variety of artistic skills with both hand-drawn graphics as well as digital rendering skills, for master plans, perspective visualizations especially in 3D renderings, elevations, sections, details and plan graphics, as well as digital enhancement techniques and design presentations.

Please note that the candidate must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and won't be seeking sponsorship in the future.

Responsibilities:

Assist in producing 3D rendering, conceptual site planning and graphics (hand and digital), schematic/preliminary design plans and graphics, design development and construction document plans and details. CAD drafting.

Assist with project research and data compilation to be used in design process.

Assist with technical specification preparation for bid documents together with Senior Designers, including calling contractors, making schedules, etc.

Qualifications:

Proficiency with design software: Revit/AutoCAD/AdobeCS-Photoshop/InDesign/ Lumion

Proficiency with office software: Microsoft Office programs.

Strong communication skills, able to work within a fast-paced team environment.

Construction experience in land development and/or building construction, including landscaping, hardscapes, pools/fountains, parks and recreation facilities, and/or resort amenity projects is a plus.

Horticultural and plant knowledge is a plus.

Minimum 2 years of experiences.

Job Type: Full-time, requires to be in the office from 9am to 5:30 during workdays.

$65,000.00 to $80,000.00
