Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, P.C. (KPF), a global architecture firm headquartered in the heart of New York City, is looking for a Marketing | New Business Coordinator to join our team, a group of talented and enthusiastic individuals, who bring their own personalities and perspectives to a collaborative environment in which, together, we reinforce the identity of the firm and support its new business development and communications efforts.
The Marketing | New Business Coordinator is creative and organized, strategic and thorough, and always thinks about the best story to tell, what is impactful in what we do, and has an appreciation for planning, architecture and how the built environment affects our daily lives.
Our Marketing | New Business Coordinator will have the opportunity to contribute in many ways, with a particular focus on producing proposals, new business presentations, awards submissions and collateral materials. This person will lead meetings, write narratives, and coordinate projects, being proactive and taking ownership of every step of each process.
The ideal candidate is skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop in particular) and Powerpoint/Google Slides, with a keen graphic design sense to complement their writing ability.
As noted, a demonstrated interest or background in architecture is ideal, but most important is the set of skills and qualities described above matched with a high level of intellect, rigor, and motivation.
