Project Architect - AIA Level II/III

Andersson/Wise is a design-focused, award-winning architecture firm located in Austin, TX looking for qualified individuals to join our team. We specialize in a range of project types, including residential, educational, hospitality, and cultural, that are located throughout Texas and around the US. We approach the design of our projects with great care and thought throughout the entire life of the project, from conceptualization all the way through construction. We are seeking to add an Architect - AIA Level II or III to our friendly team who will be working in a project leadership position.

Job Responsibilities include:
Responsibilities are commensurate with AIA Architect Level II (minimum)
Works directly with Project Manager as Project Team leadership
Organizes & leads Design & Technical QAQC processes w/Principals & PM
Manages & coordinates the design team, including consultants during SD, DD & CD phases
Manages project BIM processes & protocols related to the project
Participates with executing Bid/CA processes

Qualifications:
Accredited Professional Degree in Architecture
Licensure to practice Architecture (US)
Minimum of 3 year of experience working in Revit
Minimum of 6 years of working experience in total
