Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect/Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and project management, with the ability to lead projects from concept through completion. This is a full-time position based in our Bakersfield office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, contractors, and consultants to deliver high-quality designs and innovative solutions
  • Contribute to all phases of design, from feasibility studies and schematic design to construction administration
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architectural staff


  • Minimum 5 years of experience at a design firm and comprehension of all phases of the design process 
  • Proficient in using Revit 
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients, consultants, staff, and cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrates a good balance of design creativity and technical proficiency
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and 3D rendering are a plus
  • Professional degree in Architecture / Licensed Architect preferred

Salary Range: ($74,000 - $100,000) based on Education, Licensing and Industry Experience
