LRS Architects is searching for an experienced Project Manager to join our award-winning team in Bend, Oregon. This position will manage the design process for a wide variety of projects. We are a firm with creative designers and professionals who value innovation, creativity, and collaboration. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who helps articulate and achieve client’s goals and objectives while preserving the design intent.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Acts as the main point of contact for projects
- Maintaining on-going, positive, and productive client relationships
- Manages overall project design program, budget, and quality, relating to design
- Coordinating drawings and deliverable packages at all phases, and reviewing work by other team members
- Manages, ensures, and executes the successful project design between client, project team, consultants, and authorities having jurisdiction
- Manages and accountable for individual project financial oversight, including invoicing and accounting, and timely collections per contractual agreement
- Provide quality assurance oversight for all project documentation.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect preferred, but not required
- Minimum 8 years of experience at an architecture firm
- Relevant experience with managing projects valued more than $6 million.
