ODP is seeking an experienced candidate to serve as Quality Control Architect for reviews of Construction Documents for broad range of High-rise Mixed-Use projects. The candidate must have a minimum of 15 years architectural experience in the production and administration of Construction Documents. Must possess and illustrate excellent communications skills with a proactive approach and leadership qualities to work with project teams. Must have in-depth working knowledge of current ICC Building codes and / or Florida Building Code, accessibility standards at both federal and local / national levels and perform quick reviews of specific project’s local ordinances / regulations and standards where applicable. Candidates must be highly motivated to work with and lead individuals and small team groups to meet timely deadlines.
The ideal candidate will act as a "hands-on" Mentor to entry-level staff, while assisting more senior staff in producing comprehensive Construction Documents
Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in the production of Construction Documents
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
A working knowledge of building codes and standards.
Ability to perform code analysis.

Salary: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
